What You'll Do
Run full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of roles across engineering (backend, frontend, infrastructure, security, data, mobile), product management, and product/UX design
Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements, calibrate on what "great" looks like, and set realistic timelines and expectations Source and engage senior and hard-to-find candidates through creative outbound, community engagement, referrals, and your own network
Lead our approach to AI/ML hiring, including research engineers, applied scientists, ML infrastructure engineers, and AI product leaders
Assess technical depth in candidates, hold substantive conversations about systems, architecture, ML concepts, and design process, and give hiring teams sharp, well-reasoned signal

Close candidates: build compelling narratives, manage competing offers, and guide candidates through compensation and decision-making

What We Are Looking For:
10+ years of technical recruiting experience, including significant time in-house at high-growth startups (Seed through Series C+ or equivalent)

Experience recruiting across engineering, product, and design, with a strong grasp of how each function evaluates talent
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you've built process from scratch and hired at speed without lowering the bar
Expert-level sourcing skills: Boolean, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, conference and community mapping, and creative outbound that gets responses from passive candidates

Strong communication and stakeholder management, with the credibility to push back on hiring managers and advise executives
