Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Requirements
· 7–15 years of experience in software engineering.
· Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
· Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization is strongly preferred.
· Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
· Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
· Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
· Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
· Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modeling.
· Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with AEM migration to Cloud Service
· Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI agents/skills
· Experience integrating model APIs and external AI services
· Python proficiency is good to have
· Familiarity with microservices architecture Skills

Roles & Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions,
· including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service.
· Lead AEM modernization and migration efforts from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service.
· Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs used by marketing technology platforms.
· Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
· Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript.
· Ensure performance, scalability, security, and production readiness of applications.
· Work with databases, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise marketing workflows.
· Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decision-making.
· Support AI-enabled product initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and integration with external AI services
