Account Manager – Business Development | Healthcare Staffing
Location: Hybrid (Corporate)
Experience: 1+ years of sales experience required
Build Relationships. Drive Growth. Make an Impact.
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager who thrives on building new business, developing strategic partnerships, and creating long-term client success. If you're energized by prospecting, closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and making a measurable impact, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with an industry leader.
What You'll Do
This is much more than account management—business development is the heart of this role.
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new healthcare facility partnerships while growing existing client relationships. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, helping solve their workforce challenges by connecting them with outstanding healthcare professionals.
You'll:
Prospect, develop, and secure new healthcare facility partnerships through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, research, and cold calling.
Expand existing client relationships by identifying new staffing opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to understand business needs and present customized staffing solutions.
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and bill rates that create value for both clients and CoreMedical Group.
Partner with recruiting teams to successfully match qualified healthcare professionals with client openings.
Manage the full client relationship throughout the placement lifecycle while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Resolve client concerns quickly while identifying opportunities for continued business growth.
Achieve and exceed placement, revenue, and business development goals.
What Makes You Successful
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about sales, relationship building, and business development.
Motivated by achieving goals and driving revenue growth.
Comfortable prospecting and opening new accounts.
A strong communicator with exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A strategic thinker who identifies opportunities others may overlook.
Collaborative and committed to delivering outstanding client experience.
Healthcare staffing experience is a plus, but your ability to build relationships, create opportunities, and drive results is what matters most.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
One or more years of sales, account management, business development, recruiting, or related experience preferred
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
Experience using LinkedIn, social media, and other prospecting tools
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
