During months 6 through 18, you will: • Take ownership of assigned technical work, determining the appropriate approach and progressing solutions from implementation through production support. • Apply knowledge and judgment to solve a variety of technical challenges, including some that are moderately complex. • Continue building expertise across cloud, platform, and DevSecOps disciplines while contributing independently and seeking guidance primarily on new or unfamiliar work. Longer term, you will help CloudFit deliver more secure, reliable, and scalable customer solutions while expanding your technical impact across the team. What We're Looking For • 1-6 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins. • Experience writing scripts or code in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or a similar language. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to determine an effective approach. • A builder mindset, strong ownership, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
