Job description

Job title: Senior Product Manager, Equipments/Terminal Strategy Reports to: Director of Product, Banking Department: Central Services Location: Remote (USA) Grade: 20 About Priority: Priority Commerce is a leading financial technology company on a mission to deliver a personalized, easy-to-adopt financial toolset that accelerates cash flow and optimizes working capital for businesses. Our vision is to eliminate the barriers to unlocking revenue - empowering businesses to grow faster and operate smarter. We achieve this through the Priority Commerce Engine, an innovative platform that combines payables, acquiring, and banking and treasury solutions. This unified approach allows businesses to streamline financial operations, reduce unnecessary costs, and uncover new revenue opportunities. At Priority Commerce, we're driven by results. We expect our people to be known for results - bringing expertise, momentum, and relentless focus to every challenge, helping our clients and each other thrive. About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager to own Priority’s end-to-end Equipment/Terminal Prodducts— setting the strategy, leading the roadmap, and driving execution for our terminal and device portfolio across Clover, Dejavoo, and Valor, in a business that acquires merchants both as an acquirer-only and as a front-end plus processor (TSYS / Fiserv settlement). This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thinks like a strategist but is required to roll up their sleeves: shaping ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear scope, writing PRDs and user stories themselves, and building the processes and standards that let the equipment business scale. You will not have direct reports. Instead, you will act as the connective tissue between engineering, deployment operations, processor and terminal partners, risk, merchant support, and go-to-market (hardware economics, software, pricing, merchant experience, and partner management) across a globally distributed set of teams and time zones. Domain Areas You'll Own This role spans a broad set of equipment and acquiring product domains.
