Job role: Package Consultant 2 Required skills and experience • Loyalty Management Functional Knowledge with Customer Shopping experience analysis, Rewards and redemptions and management of Third party Loyalty Management Partnerships. • Experience with Retail industry. • Driving the Product Roadmap, identifying, capturing, tracking with cross-functional Business SMEs/ stakeholders • Flawless execution in interfacing with multiple different teams, identifying roadblocks, resolve dependencies. • Manage Tech/ Business stakeholders’ communication. • Jira, Confluence, Agile methodology • Have experience in IT • Must have: Loyalty Management Product implementation like (Epsilon, Sales Force Loyalty Management or any other Loyalty Management products) and Custom Loyalty Management Solution implementation • Good to have: Experience in Product evaluations and recommendation. Preferred skills • Experience in Product Owner • Working knowledge of Loyalty Management, Rewards, Redemptions, Experiential rewards and Customer data Management • At Least 1 End to End Loyalty Management solution implementation experience including product evaluation, Recommendations, and implementation. • Preferred functional expertise in Retail domain. • Need Agile scrum experience and good understanding of all agile ceremonies. • Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Qualifications and work authorization • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
