Loan Operations Manager Financial Additions is partnering with a growing Texas banking client seeking an experienced Loan Operations Manager to lead and oversee its loan operations function. This role will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, accurate, and compliant loan process while providing leadership to the operations team and partnering closely with lending, credit, and executive leadership. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day loan operations and provide oversight to loan-processing and servicing functions. Manage workflow from documentation and closing through funding and ongoing servicing. Ensure loan documentation and operational processes comply with bank policy and regulatory requirements. Develop and improve procedures, controls, and operational efficiencies. Monitor documentation exceptions and ensure timely resolution. Partner closely with commercial lenders, credit administration, compliance, and executive management. Train, develop, and lead loan operations personnel. Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations. Qualifications Significant loan operations experience within a bank or financial institution. Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of commercial loan documentation and servicing. Knowledge of banking regulations, internal controls, and loan compliance. Strong process-improvement, leadership, and communication skills. #INDD
