Job description

Our client, a large professional services partner, is looking to hire 3 Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultants for a 6–12-month remote project. The consultants will need to own the end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, the consultants will build Now Assist skills, AI Agents, and predictive models, while mentoring technical teams and aligning AI capabilities with secure, governed business outcomes. Core Responsibilities: • Design and construct end-to-end ServiceNow AI solutions including Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Search, and Virtual Agent. • Ensure strong data foundations (CMDB/CSDM health, Workflow Data Fabric) and build high-performing integrations using Flow Designer and Integration Hub. • Lead AI adoption across core platform features and at least one secondary product suite (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps). • Guide development sprints, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with architects on complex agentic solutions. • Implement prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and guardrails to manage data privacy, security, and bias. Required Skills • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow domain experience, with recent production-level delivery of ServiceNow AI capabilities. • Deep expertise in Now Assist Skill Kit, AI Agent Orchestrator, Predictive Intelligence, and Generative AI Controller. • Advanced JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST integration design, and robust version-control discipline. • Proven mastery of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, and Workspaces. Desired Skills: • CSA, CAD, or CIS micro-certifications are preferred, but proven technical delivery is highly valued. Apply for this Job
