Compri is seeking a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer / Solution Lead (Access Modernization) for a long term, remote contract position. Seeking a senior resource with 7 + years exp to own the end-to-end replacement of a critical legacy Microsoft Access application with a modern .NET desktop + SQL Server/Azure SQL solution. Role combines hands-on development with light project leadership and business analysis. You will: • Lead discovery, document the existing Access environment (tables, queries, forms, reports, VBA, business rules, workflows), and design the new architecture • Build the database layer, modern desktop application (WPF or AvaloniaUI + EF Core), data migration, testing, and controlled cutover • Handle basic PM/BA duties: planning, status, risk tracking, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer Must-have experience: • Senior SQL Server / Azure SQL (modeling, performance tuning, ETL/migrations, SSRS) • Modern .NET desktop development (WPF/AvaloniaUI) with proven Access/VBA modernization • Ability to work as the primary technical resource while coordinating with client SMEs
