• Experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, cloud services, and business systems.
• Experience developing solutions using Python, TypeScript, APIs, web services, databases, and modern software development practices.

• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL technologies, including data modeling, data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of identity and access management technologies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and collaborating effectively with IT Analysts, Engineers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Experience with and strong interest in automation, artificial intelligence, AI-assisted workflows, and emerging agentic technologies that improve business and customer experiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills and experience supporting users through service requests, incident resolution, platform enhancements, and technology adoption.
