Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors Project Duration: Fulltime Location: Aliso Viejo, CA 92656 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors to support the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of SAP SuccessFactors within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, and experience supporting global HR processes, system integrations, and post-go-live operations. The role will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners to deliver effective HR technology solutions, maintain data integrity, and improve business processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, rollout, and post-go-live support. • Support SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession, and Reporting. • Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, including employee data, organizational structures, cost centers, payroll, and financial data. • Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, map processes, and recommend system improvements. • Coordinate UAT, test scenarios, defect resolution, data migration validation, cutover, and hypercare activities. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage system enhancements and change requests. • Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Maintain system documentation, workflows, access controls, and compliance with SOX and data privacy requirements. • Collaborate with global stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams to deliver HRIS projects. • Provide end-user training, mentor junior analysts, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors. • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and post-go-live support. • Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central and other core SuccessFactors modules. • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and third-party payroll systems. • Knowledge of global HR processes, payroll, time management, and multi-country configurations. • Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, SAP Fiori, reporting, and analytics. • Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management. • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, change management, and system governance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, XML, and Expression Language. • SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting complex global HR systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee data. Job Overview
