CRM Marketing Manager at Lumen Resources

Location: Remote Role Description: • Perform marketing activities including campaign briefing, copywriting, email creation, and campaign optimization. • Use CRM tools to create audience segments to target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns. • Create and execute customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company’s marketing and financial objectives. • Leverage industry-leading marketing technology such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and Hubspot to develop, build and schedule campaigns • Adopt a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, carry out regular A/B and multi-variant testing. • Utilize a variety of analytics tools including Tableau and Google Analytics to conduct regular post-campaign analysis Skills & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or IT related focus. • Experience as a Digital Marketer, Marketing Automation Specialist or CRM Marketing Specialist • Experience mining large datasets?in the context of marketing and/or web engagement. • 3+ years’ experience implementing cross-channel testing and/or personalization strategies • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (desirable), Eloqua, Marketo, or other marketing automation platforms. • Digital Analytics, Tag Management, and Cloud ETL tools Lumen Resources: At Lumen Resources you will be partnering with trained recruiters who will guide you through discovering a brighter future.
