Job Description: • Recruit and source candidates for a variety of IT and technology positions. • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and candidate profiles. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified technical candidates. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build pipelines of qualified IT professionals. • Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and initial qualification interviews to assess skills, experience, and overall fit. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, offer support, and placement. • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and pipeline updates within the applicant tracking system. • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates in a competitive technology talent market. • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruiting progress. #HR/ADMIN9
