This role includes dedicated responsibility to support Beaker analytic reporting for UCSF Health and affiliates, ensuring high‑quality laboratory analytics, operational insights, and clinical reporting across the enterprise.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. The BID helps users adopt development standards, improve reporting practices, and enhance data visualization capabilities. The role requires expert knowledge of Epic applications and reporting tools—including Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, SQL Server, and Tableau—as well as advanced analytical abilities in data extraction, report generation, and information visualization. The BID may also develop training materials and educate end users on reporting tools and functions.
