Creator Commerce & Affiliate Programs • In partnership with the Director of Marketing & Social, execute and help scale all affiliate programs—TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping Affiliate, ShopMy, LTK, and Pinterest—optimizing links, codes, commissions, payouts, and ROI. • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Social, identify and onboard creators who authentically align with Favorite Daughter’s aesthetic and audience. • Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns—outreach, gifting, product seeding, affiliate setup, paid partnerships, deliverables, and timelines—as directed by the Director of Marketing & Social. • Maintain the VIP creator master list and cultivate ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and platform reps. • Partner with the Director of Marketing & Social to strategically allocate budget, inventory, and opportunities across the creator roster to maximize revenue impact. • Support brand events by coordinating creator attendance, content capture, and post-event amplification.
