A global investment-management organization is seeking an Azure System Analyst to support and enhance a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure environment. This is a senior, hands-on position combining Azure infrastructure ownership with Windows Server, identity, networking, security, and automation responsibilities. The successful candidate will resolve complex technical problems, support modernization initiatives, and serve as a senior escalation resource within a small infrastructure team. RESPONSIBILITIES Engineer, administer, and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure.Manage Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.Support Windows Server across cloud and on-premises environments.Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity.Troubleshoot complex cloud, Windows, networking, storage, and authentication issues.Build PowerShell automation that improves consistency and operational efficiency.Support cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, and modernization projects.Monitor infrastructure reliability, capacity, security, and performance.Document configurations, standards, procedures, and technical solutions.Serve as a senior escalation point for cloud and infrastructure incidents. QUALIFICATIONS Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure infrastructure experience.Experience administering Azure virtual machines, storage, networking, backup, and monitoring.Strong Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.Experience supporting hybrid Azure and on-premises environments.Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID experience.Experience troubleshooting issues across cloud, systems, identity, and networking.Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently resolve senior-level technical issues.Ability to work onsite four days per week. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104.Conditional Access and MFA expertise.Microsoft 365 or Intune.Citrix experience.Azure security and governance experience.Financial-services or regulated-industry experience.
