About Miami Vacation Rentals: MVR is a Miami-based property management company operating 300+ short-term rental units across major OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com , Vrbo, Expedia). We manage the full guest lifecycle using Guesty as our core PMS, and we invest in AI-powered tools to raise the bar on both guest experience and team efficiency. We are a team of 40+ people who value trust, service, excellence, teamwork, care for our people, and resourcefulness. Not as slogans, but in practice. We're looking for someone who earns trust the same way we do: through clarity, transparency, and follow-through. How We Work: • AI-first: We use Claude and AI tools across the team; everyone trains on AI weekly • EOS framework: Quarterly Rocks, weekly L10 meetings, clear accountability at every level • Structured but fast: Notion is our system of record; processes are defined, execution is rapid • Remote-first for Colombia team: async by default, with core hours overlapping US Eastern Time Position Summary: As the Account Executive – Property Management , you’ll be the driving force behind our market expansion and portfolio growth.
