Job description

Mission The Professional Services Consultant empowers contractors to become heroes in their business by designing and implementing tailored JobNimbus solutions that fit their workflows, accelerate adoption, and drive measurable results. As part of the JobNimbus Professional Services team, you'll blend consultative expertise, industry knowledge, and creative problem-solving to help our customers reach operational excellence. You'll guide new implementations, deliver hands-on training, and act as a trusted advisor - ensuring every customer not only learns JobNimbus but thrives because of it. What You'll Be Doing Lead customized onboarding, workflow design, and data configuration for new and existing customers through remote and onsite engagements. Translate customer business processes into scalable JobNimbus workflows, automations, and best practices that improve operational efficiency. Listen deeply, diagnose challenges, and guide customers toward practical solutions that align with the JobNimbus platform's capabilities. Facilitate engaging workshops, both virtual and in-person, to empower customer teams to adopt and master JobNimbus. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs, product feedback loops, and continuous improvement. Track deliverables, maintain billable utilization, and ensure all implementations meet quality and timeline standards. Conduct onsite sessions and training as required, with up to 50% travel during peak seasons. What Makes You the Hero for This Job 3+ years in a customer-facing role — implementation, consulting, customer success, or account management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation and storytelling. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and customer personalities simultaneously. Experience configuring SaaS systems. Working knowledge of automation, reporting, and integrations (e.g., QuickBooks, HOVER, Zapier). Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Superpowers Customer Obsession. Every implementation is a chance to make a contractor's day-to-day easier. You lead with empathy, listen deeply to diagnose what a customer actually needs, and communicate with clarity — through workshops, training sessions, or a quick check-in — so no customer is left guessing how to use JobNimbus. Extreme Ownership. You own the customer relationship from kickoff to mastery — not just the setup calls. You own your engagements, your billable utilization, and your CSAT score. If a workflow isn't landing or a customer is stalling on adoption, you're the one who notices and adjusts the plan. Self Awareness. You don't just configure a workflow and move on — you help prevent the next customer's problem too. You share feedback with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, flag recurring implementation gaps, and contribute to the playbook so every engagement after yours runs smoother. Proactive Learning. You treat JobNimbus and roofing/construction industry knowledge like a superpower because it is. The deeper you understand the platform, integrations (QuickBooks, HOVER, Zapier), and how contractors actually run their business, the faster and better you can translate their workflows into scalable solutions. Team Commitment. Great implementation is a team sport. You collaborate closely across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Partners — following the Bowtie Model — sharing what you learn and lifting up teammates so every stage of the customer journey drives value and retention.
