Applies marketplace and ecommerce best practices — including catalog, pricing, search/discovery, and transaction workflow design — to improve the buying and fulfillment experience for dealers, suppliers, shops, and carriers.
Collaborates with UX/design on wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to ensure product changes meet user needs before development begins.
