Key Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Accounting Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and SOX compliance standards Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel (including advanced functions), and Salesforce Demonstrated ability to independently prepare SOX workpapers and reconcile accounts Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Nice to Have Skills: Public company experience in the software industry Experience with financial systems integration and UAT testing Rebate accounting and collections expertise Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Experience supporting month-end close, revenue recognition, and audit processes Additional Requirements: This contract role runs from November 9, 2026, through March 17, 2027 Location: Palo Alto, with work on-site Monday through Wednesday The role is remote-friendly but requires presence on specific days Adaptability to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects Elevate your career by joining this innovative team and driving excellence in revenue accounting.
