Manager, Product Operations
SaiSystems Health | Product Organization | Reports to CPO
What You'll Do
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the tools and workflows that power the Product team's experience — including Aha!, Confluence, and Pendo — and partner with Engineering on how those tools connect to Jira and release infrastructure.
• Build and manage the product analytics stack, ensuring Product Managers have reliable access to usage data, feature adoption metrics, and customer behavior insights through Pendo and related tools.
• Develop and run enablement programs for the Product team — onboarding new PMs, rolling out new tools and methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Define and track product-team operational health metrics (process adoption, time-to-insight, PM ramp time, roadmap-to-delivery traceability) and use them to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering leadership and the Release Manager on delivery standards, tooling investments, and how release readiness and cadence decisions surface to the Product team.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows that increase Product team productivity and decision-making quality.
• Directly manage the APM team — providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support, and coordinating their work to drive consistency across product delivery.
What You Bring
• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a related role in a software or healthcare IT organization.
• Working knowledge of Jira from a Product Manager's/reporting perspective (boards, filters, dashboards); deep administrative configuration is not required.
• Experience with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, or similar) and a strong understanding of how to interpret usage data.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable processes that work across multiple product lines.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills — able to drive alignment across PMs, engineers, and leadership.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tooling and a forward-looking perspective on how AI can improve product team workflows.
• Experience in healthcare IT is a plus but not required.
How You Lead
• You are a systems thinker who sees the connections between tools, processes, and team performance.
• You lead by making others more effective — your success is measured by how well the Product team operates.
• You are data-driven and operationally rigorous, but you balance process with pragmatism.
• You are a builder, not just a maintainer — you proactively design new workflows and systems rather than waiting for requests.
• You mentor and develop your team, treating operational excellence as a craft worth investing in.
Why This Role Matters
Product Operations ensures every PM and designer at SaiSystems Health has the tools, data, and processes they need to do their best work, and that the Product team's practices scale as the organization grows.
