Marketing Senior PPC Specialist Remote, Post Falls, ID, Spokane, WA, Salt Lake City at Corporate Tools

Job description

Overview Corporate Tools is looking for an accomplished Senior PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team. Our ideal candidate will need to be half statistician, half mad scientist and 100 percent proficient in the dark art of paid search. This is a remote position, but if you’re near one of our local offices, you’re welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits. At Corporate Tools, we manage and launch a wide number of PPC campaigns (some national, some local) for many of our brands. We’re looking for someone who wants to create and test new experiments, help us expand into more social channels, and take chances while also being mindful of CPAs and spend levels. That said, what makes this a truly unique PPC position is that developing winning strategies is more important than budget restrictions. You’ll have all the resources and time you need to put a campaign deep in the black. Wage Up to $120,000 / year Benefits • 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision Full coverage for employees — nothing comes out of your paycheck. Plus an annual review with a raise option. • Time off that grows with you 22 days PTO + 4 holidays to start. After 3 years it bumps to 29 days, and after 5 years you move to flexible time off — not accrued, not capped. Take time off when you want. • Parental leave & 401(k) match Paid parental leave, plus up to 6% company 401(k) matching with no vesting period — it’s yours from day one. • Quarterly allowance Spend it on whatever makes work better: a comfier remote setup, continuing-education classes, a plant for your desk, coffee for a coworker, a massage for yourself… really, whatever. • No dumb perks (and a trail mix bar) No weekend dog-walking gimmicks that look cool but cost nothing because nobody uses them. We spend on benefits you’ll actually use — an open-concept office, friendly coworkers, a creative environment, and yeah… a trail mix bar. Responsibilities • Launch, manage, experiment, and find successful solutions for multiple paid search campaigns on Google, MS Ads and other platforms. • Set and manage PPC and paid media budgets • Strategize to set priorities for how to make the greatest impact, create projects based on those priorities, and align with key players to complete those projects. • Effectively use and manage analytics platforms; understand and adjust required tracking parameters, tags, and other pixels. • Report on metrics, goals and other paid initiatives, and the relationship between these metrics and our priorities. • Be able to effectively work with writers, designers, and developers to guide the creation of stunning landing pages, ads and lead funnels. • Be a subject matter expert in product meetings Requirements • 7+ years’ experience managing PPC/paid media campaigns as a full-time role • Proven experience successfully managing high budget PPC accounts. • Extensive Google/MS Ads & GA4 experience are a must. • Social advertising experience with Meta, Linkedin, Reddit & Twitter. • Knowledge of programmatic advertising vendors • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems • Strong ability to research, analyze, and propose keywords for campaigns • Demonstrable ability using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools • College degree, preferably Marketing related • Experience with GTM is a big plus.
