Marketing YouTube Channel Manager Remote, Post Falls, ID, Spokane, WA, Salt Lake City at Corporate Tools

Job description

Overview Corporate Tools is hiring a YouTube Channel Manager. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position with company benefits. Remote is OK; our hubs are Spokane, WA; Austin, TX; and Salt Lake City, UT. (Must be authorized to work within the US) We want someone who doesn’t just upload videos but owns the entire content journey, from ideation to analytics to impact. You can film if needed or even be on camera when required. That means you've worked a channel before and are ready to teach a scrappy crew of rascals how to run, grow, and go wild on YouTube with irresistible thumbnails, sorting tags, and everything in between. If you feel this role is the right fit for you, we’d love to see your application! Please include some examples of your work along with your cover letter on the applications page! Wage Up to $90,000 / year Benefits • 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision Full coverage for employees — nothing comes out of your paycheck. Plus an annual review with a raise option. • Time off that grows with you 22 days PTO + 4 holidays to start. After 3 years it bumps to 29 days, and after 5 years you move to flexible time off — not accrued, not capped. Take time off when you want. • Parental leave & 401(k) match Paid parental leave, plus up to 6% company 401(k) matching with no vesting period — it’s yours from day one. • Quarterly allowance Spend it on whatever makes work better: a comfier remote setup, continuing-education classes, a plant for your desk, coffee for a coworker, a massage for yourself… really, whatever. • No dumb perks (and a trail mix bar) No weekend dog-walking gimmicks that look cool but cost nothing because nobody uses them. We spend on benefits you’ll actually use — an open-concept office, friendly coworkers, a creative environment, and yeah… a trail mix bar. Responsibilities • Take full ownership of our YouTube channel: content strategy, scheduling, optimization, community engagement, and growth. • Ideate video topics aligned with company goals, audience needs, and product roadmaps. • Script, coordinate production, post-production, upload, optimize metadata & thumbnails. • Use data: watch times, retention, click-through, audience demographics, comments to continuously refine strategy. • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to amplify content (teasers, shorts, cross-promotion). • Manage community: reply to comments, surface feedback, maintain a tone that’s helpful, witty, and true to our brand. • Stay up to date on YouTube best practices, algorithm changes, trends (shorts, live streaming, etc.), and test new formats. Requirements • 2-4 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or similar long-form video presence. • Strong understanding of YouTube analytics tools, SEO for video, metadata best practices. • Excellent storytelling skills; can write or shape scripts or briefs. • Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast paced environment. • A data mindset: you test, you learn, you improve; not afraid to be wrong. • Good collaborator. Humble. Able to take feedback on what we are passionate about. You hate weird bureaucratic chains. You want to move fast, learn fast, make mistakes, adjust. You want your work to matter: videos that drive real results (brand awareness, leads, engagement and not just vanity metrics). You appreciate a team that is weird, supportive, and values being real over polished perfection. Apply Now Why Work Here
