Lead Developer for IIA SWAT Team Support the IIA SWAT team as a lead developer, working closely with the customer to gather and curate information packages. You will be part of a small team that builds tools to assist in gathering and curating information, working directly with leadership, analysts, and other developers to implement solutions. Responsibilities: • Provide expertise on a diverse set of existing high-side services. • Expand on existing workflow automation efforts. • Discover new opportunities to introduce agentic AI. • Develop and maintain web apps to provide analytic and workflow support. • Emphasize customer communication and gather feedback on project status and results. Required Skills: • Extensive experience with full stack development with an emphasis on AI workflows. • Experience with customer cross-domain solutions. • Experience soliciting and applying feedback. • Experience with AI-assisted development. • Experience programming in JavaScript and Python. • Experience working with corporate services in the high-side environment. • Leadership experience. Nice to Have: • Development experience in a Linux environment. • Experience with pipeline data processing. • Experience with relational databases. Experience Required: 12 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or 16 years without degree Location: Columbia, MD Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required Salary Range: $204,000 - $247,000
