Software Development Team Lead Join Neural Solutions in Columbia, MD, where you will lead a small team to enhance and maintain tools critical to the operational mission, focusing on workflow improvements and iterative development within a fast CI/CD environment. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of analysts, operators, and developers, directly impacting daily operations. Responsibilities: • Provide high-side development expertise to support operational mission tools. • Expand on existing workflow automation efforts to improve efficiency. • Develop and maintain web applications for analytic and workflow support. • Develop and maintain backend analytics, emphasizing non-relational databases. • Operate within non-relational databases and emphasize customer communication. • Break down large tasks for team members and gather feedback from users. Required Skills: • Extensive experience with full stack development, focusing on Java and Angular JavaScript. • Experience with non-relational databases. • Experience in soliciting and applying feedback in development processes. • Development experience in a Linux environment. • Experience with AI-assisted development. • Leadership experience. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of end-to-end signals intelligence collection and analysis systems. • Experience with dataflow engineering. • Experience with customer cross-domain solutions. • Experience leveraging agentic AI for workflow automation.
