Job description

ABOUT CHARTA HEALTH In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that. We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up. About the role We're not looking for a traditional PMM who produces one-off assets. We're looking for a go-to-market strategist: someone who acts as the headlights for the business, helping direct where we go and why, while working across the entire funnel from TOFU to BOFU to help drive the revenue number. You'll drive the strategy for our core business unit, becoming the most knowledgeable person in the company about our buyers: who they are, what motivates them, and where they live online and offline. That expertise is what shapes and accelerates everything downstream, including how campaigns get built, how sales sells, and how product prioritizes. You're not executing against requests from those teams. You're the one shaping what they do. What you'll own: 1. Audience expertise. Know your buyers better than anyone else in the org, including AEs. Understand their motivations, objections, and the language that actually lands. 2. Strategy. Serve as the "headlights" for your business unit: tell demand gen what's timely and worth building a campaign around, tell sales how to talk to buyers, tell product what the market is telling you. 3. Pipeline. You carry the pipeline number for your business unit. It overlaps with the campaign strategist's goal and the field marketer's event goal, so wins compound across the team. 4. Sales enablement. Build the collateral, decks, and messaging that turn AEs into consultants, not transactional reps. 5. Internal alignment. Be the go-to voice on how the rest of the org should speak to your audience. You’re a good fit if you: - Have 4+ years in product marketing, ideally at a high-growth B2B startup - Want to be evaluated on a number, a real business outcome, not just tactical output - Run toward ambiguity. We hire for ownership, not for people who wait on direction. - Excited to meet buyers live. You're the one working the booth, having real conversations that actually shape how we sell. - Great at communicating visually and verbally. You have a gift for making the complicated feel obvious. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
