• Lead end-to-end testing activities across Web, Mobile, API, Web Services, and Client-Server applications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies covering Manual, Automation, and DevOps testing.
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
• Oversee defect management processes using industry-standard tools.
• Drive quality improvements through test automation initiatives and continuous testing practices.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, business process flows, and functional specifications.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
