Demonstrated success using AI-enabled tools and emerging technology to innovate marketing workflows, content formats, personalization, or performance. Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to connect social activity to reputation, account engagement, demand creation, and business outcomes. Build a content ecosystem that is educational, useful, human, and differentiated. Implement AI-enabled social intelligence and real-time content-creation capabilities.
