Job description

ABOUT STARBRIDGE We're building the front door for how businesses partner with government in America. Public agencies spend roughly a trillion dollars a year with private companies, and nearly all of it still moves through infrastructure that hasn't changed in decades. Starbridge is building the full operating system for that relationship: the data, the signals, the workflows, and the rails that let a company find a public buyer, win the work, and get paid. We monitor 320,000+ public sector entities around the clock. 500+ customers have joined us since our launch in March. We've raised $50M from top investors including Craft and Michael Seibel of Y Combinator. ABOUT THE ROLE Starbridge is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. This person will report to our Chief Product Officer and work closely with our Head of Design and Head of Engineering alongside the our product, design, and engineering teams to shape the future of the Starbridge product. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Define and drive feature development on everything from the core user facing screens of Starbridge to deeply technical backend parts of our data infrastructure. - Work with our Chief Product Officer and the rest of our product team to drive and define our product roadmap. - Talk to our customers, understand their pain points, and build towards solving them. - Build out and analyze product metrics to understand what’s working and what isn’t for our customers. - Partner with our Customer Success, Marketing, and GTM teams to structure high impact launches. WHAT YOU BRING: - You have built great products: You ideally have 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with some of that experience at early stage companies or have gone through an APM program at a top company. - You are obsessed with figuring out the answer: Half of nights, you’re awake in bed because you haven’t quite figured out what the problem is yet. The other half, it’s because you haven’t figured out the perfect solution. - You love being a partner: You do what it takes to get the job done and are willing to wear any hat to make that happen. You’ll run customer implementations, act as QA engineer, crunch metrics – whatever it takes to make sure the product succeeds. - You’re passionate about AI and are in the technical weeds: You vibe code prototypes to illustrate product concepts. You could put together a reasonable first draft of rough t-shirt sizings on technical projects. You aren't afraid of a terminal. INTERVIEW PROCESS We move fast — really fast. Getting back to someone today beats tomorrow, and our interview process reflects that mindset. Please keep us posted on your timeline so we can move quickly and speed things up where needed. All interviews are conducted via Google Meet and onsite in our NYC office. HOW WE WORK - Build Bridges to Help Customers Win - We pride ourselves on being obsessively customer-centric. - Shooting Star Speed - We move with extreme speed. We value momentum, decisiveness, and the ability to accelerate when it matters. - Fun Is a Feature - We intentionally design Starbridge to be an energizing place to do hard work. Joy, humor, and camaraderie make great teams faster, sharper, and more resilient. - In the Arena - We believe the best ideas come from living close to the work, feeling the friction, hearing the nuance, and experiencing the details firsthand. BENEFITS INCLUDE: - Competitive salary + early-stage equity - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - Company-provided lunch in the office every day - Gym stipend - Pre-tax commuter benefits - Unlimited PTO - Regular offsites (NYC + global locations)
