Job description

Location: San Francisco, CA | Work Arrangement: ONSITE Position Summary CuraeSoft is a mid-market SaaS company helping healthcare organizations optimize how they schedule, staff, and manage their workforce. We're looking for a curious, data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves asking "why" behind the numbers and enjoys turning data into clear, actionable insights. You'll support our marketing efforts across the full funnel — from understanding our market and audience to measuring campaign performance and informing strategy. We care most about strong marketing fundamentals and analytical thinking, so this is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a solid foundation in quantitative marketing. If you're comfortable in a spreadsheet, interested in how marketing drives business outcomes, and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you. Why Join CuraeSoft We build software for organizations that run on complex operations, where getting the details right matters to the people who depend on it every day. Our teams are small, so your work is visible and your input counts. What you produce is used by the people making decisions, not filed away. We’re also investing in AI across our products, where it does meaningful work and isn’t added for the sake of a trend, so there’s plenty of new, exciting ground to work on! You’ll understand the product and the customers you support, even if you aren’t in the room where it’s built. The industries we serve depend on accuracy and trust, so careful, well-supported work is valued here. Your findings and ideas reach decision-makers without a long chain of approvals, thanks to a tight team and few layers. You’ll work alongside people who care about doing the work well and who count on each other to follow through. If you like owning your area and learning across functions, we’d like to hear from you, even if your background doesn’t match every item on the list! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Support market segmentation, targeting, and positioning analysis to help refine our ideal customer profiles and messaging. • Conduct funnel analysis to identify where prospects enter, progress, and drop off, and surface opportunities to improve conversion. • Measure and report on campaign performance across channels including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI. • Assist with marketing attribution efforts to understand which touchpoints and channels drive pipeline and revenue. • Contribute to customer lifetime value and cohort analyses to inform acquisition and retention priorities. • Support pricing strategy and marketing mix analysis with data, research, and modeling. • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using Excel and Google Sheets. • Pull, organize, and analyze data from Google Analytics, our CRM, and other marketing platforms. • Maintain CRM data hygiene including cleaning, deduplicating, and standardizing records to ensure reliable reporting. • Help design, track, and evaluate A/B tests and marketing experiments. • Prepare clear, concise summaries and recommendations for marketing leadership and cross-functional partners. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure consistent data definitions and shared understanding of results. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field — new graduates are welcome to apply. • Strong grasp of core marketing fundamentals including segmentation, targeting, positioning, the marketing funnel, campaign measurement, and the marketing mix through coursework, internships, projects, or work experience. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a genuine interest in working with data. • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets including comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data modeling. • Exposure to or willingness to quickly learn basic SQL or other data tools. • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms. • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and an appreciation for clean, well-structured data. • Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate findings to non-technical audiences. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
