Job description

Location: San Francisco, CA | Work Arrangement: ONSITE CuraeSoft does not process sponsorships - current or future. About Us CuraeSoft is dedicated to empowering businesses and individuals with innovative and intuitive software solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and exceptional success. Our journey began from our own need for transformative tools, which led us to create products that are now available worldwide. We aim to continue revolutionizing industries and need skilled team members who share our vision for greatness. We are committed to providing a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work culture, which encourages both individual and team growth. Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, transparency, adaptability, and making a significant difference in the world. Why join CuraeSoft We build software for organizations that run on complex operations, where getting the details right matters to the people who depend on it every day. Our teams are small, so your work is visible and your input counts. You’ll help influence what we build and see the results with customers. We’re also investing in AI across our products, so there’s plenty of new, exciting ground to work on! The problems here are real ones: multi-tenant architecture, permissions that have to be right, native mobile apps, and AI that does meaningful work rather than being added for the sake of a trend. Our design starts with users. We build from what they tell us and what we see them do, and your work is judged by whether it helps make their day easier. You’ll work alongside people who care about the work they do and want to get it right, and you'll fit right in if you feel the same way. You’ll be close to customer feedback and the people making product decisions. If that sounds like the kind of work you want, and you don’t match every bullet in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway! Position Summary The Software Developer is a hands-on engineering role responsible for the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality applications. This role sets technical direction, establishes best practices, and ensures consistent execution across development activities. In addition to contributing to the codebase, the role also involves evaluating emerging technologies and continuously improving team performance, code quality, and overall development processes.
