What We Are Looking For: Experience as a Technical PM / Business Analyst / Production Manager: You know how to approach a business stakeholder, break a chaotic process down into "LEGO blocks," draft clear functional specs, and oversee the solution's delivery. Background in Evolving Internal Products: Ideally, you have prior experience automating back-office or production workflows within product-led tech companies or large advertising agencies. High Level of Ownership & Proactivity: We need someone who doesn’t wait for top-down, step-by-step instructions. You analyze the system independently, spot areas for growth, propose solutions, and drive them to completion. Structured & Systemic Approach: The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with high uncertainty, turning operational chaos into clear, structured algorithms. Understanding of Technical Logic: You don't need to write code or know SQL, but it is essential that you understand the underlying logic of software systems, databases, and integrations.
