OM Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and optimize cloud-based Order Management solutions. The engineer will be responsible for managing integrations, troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting order-to-cash processes, and ensuring the reliability and performance of Order Management applications within the enterprise ecosystem. Key Qualifications & Skills: • Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations. • Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and data issues. • Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management, ERP, and WMS, and external partner systems. • Configure business rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and exception handling. • Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions. Requirements

Must-haves

Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations.
