How to Prepare for the Recruiting Process - • docs.google.com 📢 Why Are They Hiring a Marketing & Operations Assistant? 🏢 Our client is hiring a Marketing & Operations Assistant to be the high-agency generalist their lean team needs to keep up with fast growth. Right now, a lot lands on the founder's plate—social posting, DMs, creator outreach, customer tickets, sales admin, trackers, launches, and a steady stream of 'can someone please handle this?' projects. This role blends growth assistant, executive assistant, marketing coordinator, and operations generalist into one. You'll join weekly team meetings, understand the priorities, and then help quarterback and execute whatever needs to get done—using AI tools heavily to move faster. This isn't a narrow, check-the-box job: if you see something that needs doing, you'll figure it out and make sure it actually gets finished. And if you're great, there's a ton of room to take ownership of bigger areas of the business as the brand scales. If you're a resourceful, digitally native self-starter who loves social media, AI tools, and getting things across the finish line—this role could be a great fit for you. ✨ ✅ Qualifications: Must-Haves: • ⚡ High-Agency & Proactive – You spot what needs to be done and figure it out without waiting for step-by-step instructions. • 🔄 Adaptable Generalist – Comfortable switching between marketing, admin, customer support, and operations in the same day. • 📱 Digitally Native & Social-Savvy – You understand Instagram, TikTok, creator culture, and what makes content land. • 🤖 AI-Enthusiast – Excited to use tools like ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Canva heavily in your daily workflow. • ✍️ Excellent Written English – Clear, on-brand, and personable in DMs, emails, captions, and customer replies. • 🗂️ Highly Organized – You keep trackers, spreadsheets, and project boards clean and up to date. • 🧠 Fast Learner – Comfortable picking up new software and systems quickly. • 💻 Relevant Experience – Background in marketing, social media, eCommerce, executive/virtual assistance, or operations support. Nice-to-Haves: • 🛒 Consumer / CPG or DTC Experience (Bonus) – Experience with a food, beverage, or consumer brand is a plus. • 🤳 Influencer or Affiliate Program Experience (Bonus) – Prior creator outreach or affiliate management is an advantage. • 🛍️ Shopify & Support Tools (Bonus) – Familiarity with Shopify or customer support ticketing platforms. Responsibilities of the Marketing & Operations Assistant: Your responsibilities include: • 📱 Social Media & Content Creation • Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels • Create content and brand assets using AI tools like Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Canva • Keep a consistent posting cadence and stay on top of trends worth jumping on • Research competitors and trends to bring fresh content ideas to the team • 🤳 Creator & Influencer Outreach • Research and identify creators, influencers, and affiliates that fit the brand • Handle outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing communication with creators • Coordinate product samples and track creator partnerships and deliverables • 💬 Community & Customer Support • Respond to DMs, comments, creator messages, and inbound opportunities • Manage and resolve customer support tickets promptly and on-brand • Flag recurring customer issues and feedback to the team • 📈 Sales & Growth Support • Support the Head of Sales with lead lists, follow-ups, presentations, data, and admin work • Research retailers, affiliates, and new growth opportunities • Help prepare sales materials and keep pipelines organized • 🗂️ Operations, Admin & Reporting • Update spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools • Prepare simple reports so the team can see what's working • Keep files, systems, and processes organized as the business grows • 🎯 Launches, Projects & Founder Support • Participate in weekly team meetings, understand priorities, and help drive execution • Help coordinate product launches, promotions, samples, and partnerships • Take tasks and random projects off the founder's plate and make sure they actually get finished • Grow into ownership of bigger areas of the business over time • 🌀 Others • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the team and company objectives 🏡 Want to Know More About the Client? Our client is a bold, trailblazing healthy snack brand fueling Millennials and Gen Z with flavor-packed, no-nonsense goodness. Their mission? To make healthy eating unapologetically cool—not yoga-retreat cool, but 'powering through life like a boss' cool. Every product is crafted with real, clean ingredients that fuel ambition and leave the artificial junk behind, and they've built a cult following that knows healthy snacks can actually taste amazing. They're still a lean, early-stage team, which means every person makes a visible impact. The crew is energetic, purpose-driven, and scrappy—moving fast across social, creators, retail, and eCommerce while having fun doing it. If you're a natural problem-solver with personality, hustle, and a love for all things bold and healthy—you'll feel right at home here. ✨ Culture and Core Values: This isn't your average snack company—it's a high-energy, no-BS team that thrives on passion, purpose, and a good laugh. They work hard, move fast, and support each other like family (the cool kind, not the awkward holiday dinner kind). Here's what matters most to them: • 💯 Authenticity Always – No fake flavors, no fake people. Just real talk and real ingredients. • ⚡ Fuel, Don't Settle – Snacks that power up your day, not slow it down. • 🧼 Keep It Simple – Clean labels. Clean values. No corporate clutter. So if you're tired of playing it safe and ready to help a fearless brand shake up the snack aisle—let's do this. ✨ What's in it for you? 😏 Joining this client means not just filling a role but embarking on a personal development journey. The growth potential is substantial, with opportunities to: • 🔥 Be part of a brand on fire – Join a company that's growing fast and shaking up the snack game. • 🧭 Wear many hats – Get hands-on experience across marketing, growth, sales, and operations. • 🚀 Room to own more – Great performers get the chance to take ownership of bigger areas of the business. • 🤖 Work AI-first – Level up your skills with modern AI and content tools every day. • 🎯 Make a real impact – On a lean team, your ideas and your work are seen and felt. • 😂 Bring your personality – They value humor, individuality, and keeping it real. • 💬 Collaborative culture – Be surrounded by teammates who've got your back (and your snacks).
