Your responsibilities include: 🎯 Paid Ad Creative Design • Design high-performing static, carousel, and animated ad creative for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns across all case types, and expand them to YouTube and TikTok where appropriate • Work closely with the Creative Director and performance marketing team to translate briefs, offers, and messaging into on-brand, conversion-focused ad graphics • Design scroll-stopping headlines, hooks, and social proof/testimonial graphics built to capture attention in-feed • Take winning ads and continually expand on them in new creative ways • Design and adapt ad creative in Spanish when needed, adjusting copy layout and messaging for Spanish-language campaigns ✨ Motion & Animated Ads • Animate static concepts into simple, attention-grabbing motion—subtle movement, text animation, and looping sequences • Use After Effects to boost engagement beyond plain static ads (no full video editing required) 🧪 A/B Testing Variations & Ad Resizing • Rapidly produce multiple creative variations (headlines, CTAs, layouts, offers) to support ongoing A/B testing • Adapt and resize each concept across the aspect ratios and placements a campaign runs in (feed, Stories, Reels, and other Meta placements) • Maintain a high-volume production pace, delivering fresh ad creative on a regular cadence to combat ad fatigue • Incorporate feedback from the Creative Director and performance marketing team to refine and iterate on concepts ✅ Platform & Brand Compliance • Stay current on Meta's ad creative specs and policies (text overlay limits, aspect ratios, prohibited content) to keep every ad platform-compliant • Maintain a sharp eye for brand consistency while designing for performance 🤝 Cross-Team Support & Asset Organization • Support the wider creative team as your ad workload allows—social media memes, general graphics, and click-worthy thumbnails • Organize and maintain a library of ad creative assets, templates, and top-performing designs for easy reuse and scaling • Prioritize multiple campaigns and deadlines at once, communicating progress and blockers effectively 🏡 Want to Know More About the Client?
