Job description
ABOUT CHARTA HEALTH
In an industry where the focus should rightly be on delivering quality care to patients, healthcare providers remain burdened by the complexities of non-clinical operations. Charta is changing that.
We're building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations. Our AI platform streamlines critical workflows across revenue cycle, clinical operations, and administrative functions, helping providers and payers operate more efficiently and deliver better patient care. Backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Charta is on a mission to make every healthcare dollar accountable and every chart accurate, reimagining healthcare infrastructure from the ground up.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
At Charta, we prioritize results compared to methods used to achieve those results. As a Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of revenue targets, oversee pipeline strategy, and lead Account Executives to consistent quota attainment. You will partner closely with SDR leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment across the entire customer lifecycle.
This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on sales leader who thrives in high-growth startup environments and is excited to help define the future of healthcare technology.
YOU'D BE A GREAT FIT, IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales experience, including team leadership experience.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong enterprise sales acumen and experience navigating complex buying cycles.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPI’s and forecasting pipeline contribution.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and executive communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
- A willingness to come onsite 5 days a week at the Charta Health Headquarters in San Francisco, CA (preferred).
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and more
- Team dinners and snacks in the office to keep you at your best
- Growth opportunities in a fast-paced, innovative tech startup
- Ongoing professional development and access to cutting-edge AI and healthcare tools
- Wellness & learning stipends so you can invest in both your health and personal growth
- Lively in-person (5 days per week) work culture at our headquarters in downtown San Francisco
- $80,000-150,000 base and $160,000-300,000 USD OTE, based on experience + equity + benefits
OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
