Job description

AT KLUE klue.com, WE’RE BUILDING THE FUTURE OF COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE 👋 AND OUR SDR TEAM IS HIRING: ONE DREAM TEAM, TWO AVENUES (P.s. We call our SDRs "Account Specialists" if you're having trouble finding them on LinkedIn) CHECK OUT WHAT A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN SDR IS LIKE HERE instagram.com! We're hiring for two roles on Klue's SDR team. - Account Specialist, New Business. You'll go after new business through true outbound prospecting. You've got proven sales experience. - Account Specialist, Win-Loss-Programs. You'll recruit and schedule the buyer interviews behind our win-loss research programs. No sales experience needed. Drive, EQ, and a hunger to learn are. Both are a real start in tech, with a focus on outbound, real training, and plenty of room to grow. OUR FOUNDATIONAL SDR PROGRAM Regardless of your focus, this is a learning culture. Your growth matters here. Starting with our 2-week foundational SDR onboarding program where you'll build strong prospecting skills with continued training throughout your 3-month ramp. Our team will help you advance, and in time, you'll mentor newer SDRs. Our commitment is clear: prepare you to be an expert prospector and a well-rounded sales professional. WE'RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE: - Relentless, and have a history of achieving. You don’t stop when you face adversity and have a proven record of growing and developing whatever you dedicate yourself to. - Self driven. No one has to tell you to be hungry to achieve. We’ll help point you in the right direction but it’s on you to push to get there and that comes naturally. - Curious and keen to learn. You’ll keep digging until you find the answer and when you do you’ll question it in case you can improve what you dig up. - Tech-savvy early adopter. You’re willing to get uncomfortable testing new things in the pursuit of maximizing your outcomes. You’re also the first to share what’s working because you know it’ll elevate the team - Organized and detail-oriented. You stay meticulous on repeatable work. - High EQ and have good business acumen. You communicate well, read people, and understand why the work matters to the client Now let's break down the roles and their focuses ⤵ ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, NEW BUSINESS Your job is new business. Outbound is the whole game. You have proven sales experience. It doesn’t have to be in SaaS, but you’ve consistently met and exceeded targets in your industry, demonstrating steady growth and leadership in your sales career. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Generate Leads. You’ll build prospect lists, learn how to research accounts, cold call and warm call, craft personalized email outreach, leverage LinkedIn, and use AI to prospect at scale. You'll generate leads through: - Highly targeted outbound prospecting - Nurturing and converting inbound leads. - Lead introductory calls and master the art of discovery. You'll learn to identify prospect pain points and articulate Klue's value in real conversations, building this crucial sales skill through hands-on experience. - Have the autonomy to work on projects beyond your role. From evaluating leading edge sales technology, to improving existing processes, or learning how to interview other SDRs your impact goes beyond just prospecting. ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, WIN-LOSS PROGRAMS Break into tech by powering the research our clients use to win more deals. You are looking to grow a career in tech sales. Maybe you're the hostess or bartender ready to break into tech. Maybe you're a few years into your career and making a pivot. Maybe you're a recent grad and high achiever with internships behind you. WHAT'S WIN-LOSS? Our team of experienced analysts designs and delivers research programs for B2B technology companies. We use a structured, scalable process to help clients improve their win rates by making smarter, more impactful decisions. We acquired Goldpan.ai goldpan.ai in 2025, which strengthens our product and adds even more win-loss data for our growing client base. We're excited about what's ahead. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of win-loss research, B2B technology programs, and qualitative research recruitment. You'll use HubSpot, Nooks, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted workflows to build outreach campaigns that turn contact data and stale CRM data into completed, high-quality research interviews. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Recruit interviewees. You'll run high-volume, multi-channel outreach by email, phone (parallel dialing in Nooks), and LinkedIn. You'll juggle ~30 active customer programs at once and keep recruitment statuses in HubSpot accurate and on time. When a program stalls, you'll dig into why and propose a fix. You'll also test new tactics to lift interview conversion across the team. - Qualify and hand off. You'll make sure interview data is clean, structured, and qualified before research calls. That means filling in missing details on HubSpot interview cards and telling researchers about anything that could affect interview quality or scope, so they never walk into a call underprepared. - Be a real part of the account team. You'll work alongside the CSM and Researcher on each program. You'll share status, challenges, and proposed solutions so nobody gets caught off guard, flag risks to program momentum or renewal, and join customer calls when needed. - Become the recruitment expert. You'll build fluency in our outreach approaches (Sales First, Leadership First, Klue Direct) and learn when each works best. You'll advise AEs, CSMs, and Researchers on recruitment strategy, lean on AI tools and automations to work faster, and propose better processes and workflows. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? We'll be honest about the day-to-day: it's detailed, high-volume work. The people who love it stay meticulous because they can see where it leads. If you excel, you'll be promoted onto the New Business SDR team. Not sure which focus is right for you? No worries. When you apply, you'll be considered for both roles and we'll discuss it with you throughout the interview process. ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ Not ticking every box? That’s okay. We take potential into consideration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of the specifics listed above. If you know you have what it takes, even if that’s different from what we’ve described, be sure to explain why in your application. At Klue, we're committed to building a high-performing team where people feel a strong sense of belonging, can be their authentic selves, and are able to reach their full potential. If there’s anything we can do to make our hiring process more accessible or to better support you, please let us know, we’re happy to accommodate.
