Job Description Solomon Page is partnering with a leading retail and consumer products organization to identify a Digital Product Analyst to support a major Order Management System (OMS) transformation initiative. This position will play a key role in leading operational readiness and coordinating cutover activities for a large-scale platform migration. The ideal candidate has experience driving complex, cross-functional projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring business teams are prepared for major system launches and transitions. • Location: Columbus, OH (hybrid-onsite 3 days/week) • Duration: 4-month contract • Pay Rate: $52-56/hour • Hours: 40 hours/week Responsibilities: • Lead operational cutover planning and readiness activities for a large-scale OMS migration • Coordinate across business, product, operations, and technology teams • Develop and maintain operational runbooks, launch plans, and readiness documentation • Facilitate stakeholder alignment around critical milestones and launch activities • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to business leaders and project teams • Support mock cutovers, launch rehearsals, and go-live planning • Participate in command center activities during system deployment • Help monitor operational performance and stabilization following launch Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, operations, project coordination, or related disciplines • Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, migrations, or launches • Strong experience working across technical and business teams • Ability to translate technical concepts into business impacts and action plans • Experience developing runbooks, playbooks, operational plans, or launch documentation • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Experience • Order Management Systems (OMS) • Manhattan Active Omni • Retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment operations • Cutover planning and execution • Enterprise transformation programs The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
