Job description

OUR MISSION AND WHY IT MATTERS We are on a mission to make humans the strongest security layer. Human risk remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities and traditional awareness training is not enough. We take a different approach by combining AI-driven personalization, real threat detection, and behavioral science to actively protect people and organizations. We don't just simulate risks. We build the tools that detect and stop them. ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Enterprise sales team in the United States. You will be part of a growing sales team on the ground, working with an award-winning product in an industry that is more crucial than ever before. You'll get to work with large global organizations and help them to build and foster a more cyber-secure company culture. As an Account Executive, your responsibilities are to build and manage a strategic sales pipeline through cold-prospecting into target companies, close new business, and hit your sales quota. We'll support and supply you with the tools and frameworks for you to successfully grow our presence in the area. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and manage a strategic pipeline of enterprise opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting. - Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, navigating complex buying processes. - Partner closely with SDR and Marketing teams to drive pipeline generation and account strategy. - Develop a deep understanding of prospect business challenges and position Hoxhunt’s solutions effectively. - Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving measurable growth in the region. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - In your first 30 days, you will dive deep into Hoxhunt's product, value proposition, and sales motion, while building strong collaborative relationships with our SDR and Marketing teams. - By day 60, you will be actively driving your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, running discovery calls, and managing early-stage enterprise opportunities. - By day 90 and beyond, you will be independently navigating buying processes, consistently closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth of our North American presence. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, with a track record of exceeding targets. - Customer-Centric Mindset: Genuine interest in understanding prospect challenges and connecting solutions to real business needs. - Hunter Mentality & Drive: Goal-oriented, energized by building pipeline and closing new business. - Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new concepts and articulate value clearly and effectively. - Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. BONUS POINTS - Highly autonomous and self-motivated, thriving in a scale-up environment where you take full ownership of your success. - Ambitious and results-driven, with a passion for growing a market presence. - Skilled at understanding customer needs quickly and translating them into impactful solutions. - Resilient and resourceful, able to adapt strategies when facing challenges. - A true team player who embodies a “succeed together” mindset. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH At Hoxhunt, we don't just build software. We build behavior change on a global scale. With a world-class product and over 50% year-on-year growth, we're helping companies around the world create a culture of cybersecurity, one employee at a time. You’ll join a high-performing team focused on growing our presence in North America. The Minneapolis office is a hub for collaboration, where people work closely together, share ideas openly, and support each other in getting results. It’s a hands-on environment where you’ll have visibility into the business and the opportunity to make an impact early. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US - Compensation: Annual base salary of $100K–$125K depending on experience, with an annual OTE of $196K–$221K, and uncapped commission potential. - Working ways: We work in a flexible, hybrid setting. Most roles include regular in-office time. - High performance meets high humanity: We’re a high-performing team with ambitious goals and a strong focus on impact. Just as important, we create an environment where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to succeed together. - Authentic trust & autonomy: We hire great people and trust them to do great work. You’ll find a culture that values autonomy, giving you the space to take real ownership, drive impact, and help shape things early on. - A product you can be proud of: It is incredibly rare in cybersecurity to build an award-winning product that end-users genuinely love. You will join a fast-paced, technically sophisticated team making a real, measurable impact against cybercrime. - The perks that matter: Alongside this amazing community, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage (with a portion of premiums covered by the company), life insurance, PTO, 11 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays, wellness benefits, paid parental leave, a 401(k) match, and more.
