Job description

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. Backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and other top investors, we're a Series C company that has hit $100M in annual recurring revenue. More than 90,000 real estate professionals, including over 30% of the WSJ Real Trends top 100 agents in the United States, use us to run and grow their business. Why This Role Matters After crossing $100M in ARR, the next chapter is even bigger. We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to take the reins of our inside sales organization and lead it through the journey from $100M to $300M ARR. This is not a caretaker role. You will own a team of roughly 120 people across SDRs, AEs, front-line managers, senior managers, and directors, and you will be responsible for the number, the talent, and the operating system that drives both. Our sales engine is good. Your job is to make it world-class. That means lifting productivity and efficiency across both inbound and outbound channels, deepening the leadership bench so the org scales without breaking, and partnering with our GTM Ops team to build a centralized, AI-powered selling model that gives every rep an edge. You must be AI-forward. At Luxury Presence, AI is core to how we win, and we believe the future of selling is built centrally and executed by reps in the field. We are not asking your team to become builders. We are asking you to help identify where AI creates leverage and partner to build it for them. If you are an operator and a builder, someone who has rolled up their sleeves in a startup and also taken a company to real scale, who leads from the front and knows how to motivate a floor, this is a rare opportunity to shape the next stage of one of proptech's fastest-growing companies. What You’ll Own Deliver the number. Own the inside sales revenue plan and consistently deliver against or above it, building the foundation for the $100M to $300M ARR journey over the next three to five years. Drive world-class efficiency. Lift sales efficiency from good to great by increasing ARR per rep across inbound and outbound channels, with win rate and ramp time as supporting measures. Build the leadership bench. Strengthen the director, senior manager, and front-line manager layers so every team has a capable leader and a clear line of succession as the org grows. Deploy a centralized AI selling model. Partner with GTM Ops to identify where AI lifts productivity, build the tooling and workflows centrally, and roll them out so reps execute against a system built for them. Install a rigorous operating cadence. Establish accurate forecasting, healthy pipeline coverage, and repeatable rep ramp playbooks that hold up as the organization scales. Lead from the front. Set the bar, create urgency, and motivate the team to run through walls while holding everyone to a high standard of execution. What You Bring Experience 10+ years in sales leadership across multiple stages of company growth. A track record that spans the full arc: the sleeves-rolled-up builder in an early-stage or startup environment, through to leading sales at a company operating at real scale. Experience leading inside sales organizations of comparable size and complexity (front-line reps through multiple layers of management). Demonstrated ability to grow a sales organization through a significant revenue inflection, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology. Leadership & Mindset An operator and a builder. You build systems, processes, and teams from the ground up and you are not afraid to get into the details. Relentless about results, with a closer's mentality and a strong sense of ownership over the number. A motivator with genuine floor presence who earns respect and gets the best out of people. AI-forward and future-oriented about how selling will evolve. An egoless, cross-functional partner who builds alongside GTM Ops rather than in a silo. Operational Foundation Fluent in the metrics that drive an inside sales engine: ARR per rep, win rate, ramp time, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health. A builder of leaders who develops managers and creates durable succession depth. Comfortable operating in complexity and ambiguity at a fast-growing company. Drives from idea through execution: develops the strategy, establishes clear ownership, and keeps the team accountable for delivering. What We’re Not Looking for A playbook executor who just regurgitates/redeploys what they learned at a previous company. They need to have the strategic/tactical agility to pivot as needed and write a new playbook when it’s called for. Join us in shaping the future of real estate The real estate industry is in the midst of a seismic shift, and the future belongs to those who break new ground. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the proptech and marketing sectors, Luxury Presence challenges the status quo of what technology can do for real estate agents, leaders, and brokerages. We're a team of agile and tenacious innovators working collaboratively to drive the industry forward. Together, we build game-changing products that empower modern real estate entrepreneurs to dominate their markets. From award-winning web design to agile SEO solutions to cutting-edge AI tools, we deliver tech that anticipates market shifts and keeps our clients ahead of their competition. Founded in 2016 by Stanford Business School alum Malte Kramer, Luxury Presence has grown to a global team ranked on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list three years in a row. We're backed by world-class investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, NextEquity Partners, Toba Capital, and Switch Ventures, and have raised $89 million to date. More than 18,000 real estate businesses rely on our platform, including 30% of the Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams. Additionally, many of the industry's most powerful brokerages rely on Luxury Presence as a trusted business partner. Every year since 2020, Luxury Presence has ranked on BuiltIn's Best Place to Work lists. HousingWire named our founder and CEO a 2024 Tech Trendsetter, we've received several Tech100 Awards, and we just scored an Inman Innovation Award for Best AI-Powered Platform. Luxury Presence is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.
