Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A closely related degree may be considered with directly relevant accounting experience. • Five or more years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including demonstrated ownership of complex close and general ledger activities. • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, financial statement relationships, and accounting close processes. • Demonstrated ability to research accounting questions, document conclusions, identify risk, and recommend practical solutions. • Advanced Excel capability, including efficient analysis of large data sets and construction of clear, controlled workpapers. • Experience working in a modern ERP environment and the ability to understand end-to-end transaction flows across systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present issues, impact, and recommendations clearly to management. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work independently with limited supervision, and deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.
