Job description

Join Axon and be a Force for Good. At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. Global Talent Acquisition This Is Not a Back-Office Recruiting Role This is a front-line, high-impact role for recruiters who know how to win, who can partner with senior leaders, and who want their work to matter beyond filling seats. At Axon, we don’t recruit for “jobs.” We recruit for a mission: to protect life, build trust, and create safer communities. We move fast, we think big, and we expect our recruiters to bring swagger, boldness, and grit to the table. If you’re the kind of recruiter who thrives on hard searches, strong opinions, data-backed decisions, and telling leaders the truth —you’ll fit right in. Your Impact As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Axon, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles that directly fuel our growth and mission. You’ll act as a talent advisor, not an order-taker—shaping role profiles, influencing hiring decisions, and building pipelines that scale with the business. You’ll partner with driven sales leaders, operate with urgency and accountability, and help raise the bar for what “great” looks like across our sales organization. Recruiting here is a team sport, but ownership matters—and you’ll have plenty of it. What You’ll Do Location: This role is based out of our Phoenix Headquarters (N. Scottsdale) office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success. Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business. Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like , not just what’s written on a req. Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more. Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes. Source aggressively and creatively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, and whatever else gets results. Continuously test, measure, and improve recruiting strategies, tools, and workflows. Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Axon’s brand—direct, respectful, fast, and human. Build trust with hiring leaders by being decisive, candid, and solutions-oriented. Drive inclusive hiring by proactively sourcing diverse talent and embedding equity throughout the hiring process. Juggle multiple high-priority searches without dropping the ball—or your standards. What You Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate required; agency experience a plus) Proven success recruiting sales or revenue-generating roles in fast-paced environments Strong sourcing chops and a track record of building high-quality pipelines Comfort managing high-volume, high-visibility requisitions Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and push back when needed Sharp instincts, strong judgment, and the ability to move fast without being sloppy A data-informed mindset—you know what to measure and why it matters High accountability, strong organization, and a bias for action Why Axon We’re bold. We move fast. We expect a lot—and we give you the room to do your best work. Benefits include: Competitive compensation + 401(k) with employer match Discretionary paid time off Paid parental leave for all parents Medical, dental, and vision coverage Fitness and wellness programs Emotional & mental health support Learning & development opportunities Yes—snacks in the office (but the mission is the real fuel) Benefits may vary based on role and location. The Bottom Line If you’re a recruiter who wants comfort, predictability, and guardrails—this probably isn’t it. If you want ownership, influence, swagger, and impact—welcome to Axon. Don’t meet every single requirement? That's ok. At Axon, we Aim Far. We think big with a long-term view because we want to reinvent the world to be a safer, better place. We are also committed to building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve. Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they check every box in the job description. If you’re excited about this role and our mission to Protect Life but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification listed here, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
