Job description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
● 3+ years of professional experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as
C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
● Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
● Experience with JSON, OAuth 2.0, authentication, authorization, and API security.
● Experience working with Microsoft Graph API and integrating Microsoft 365 services.
● Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
● Experience with Sinequa Search or other enterprise search platforms.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Purview.
Frontend Development
● 2+ years of frontend development experience with Angular, HTML, and CSS.
● Experience developing responsible, accessible, and user-friendly search interfaces.
● Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and enterprise search services.
● Familiarity with unit testing and frontend performance optimization.
Microsoft 365 Search
● Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Search, SharePoint Online Search,
Microsoft Graph Search API, Microsoft Search Connectors, or Microsoft 365 administration and
search configuration.
● Understanding of Microsoft 365 search concepts, including verticals and result types; search schema
and managed properties; query rules, result sources, and refiners; bookmarks, acronyms, Q&A;, and
organizational content; search relevance and ranking; Microsoft 365 security trimming; and
Microsoft Search usage and adoption analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain Microsoft 365 Search applications and integrations.
● Build search experiences using Angular, TypeScript, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
● Integrate enterprise content sources and ensure security-trimmed search results.
● Gather Sinequa knowledge and implement it across the platform.
● Develop new features for the enterprise search application.
● Test features with stakeholders for user acceptance.
● Deploy features to multiple environments and production.
● Implement customer feedback in the search frontend.
● Create and maintain work items for tracking and managing assigned work.
● Improve search relevance through metadata, taxonomy, query analysis, ranking, and user feedback.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year
