You will connect business systems, remove repetitive manual tasks, and develop tools that help internal users access accurate information. The role combines software development with deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES Integrate HR, identity, procurement, asset, endpoint, and shipping systems.Automate ordering, provisioning, inventory, tracking, offboarding, and returns.Build bots, dashboards, and self-service tools.Own Git workflows, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.Deploy and monitor services and resolve integration failures.Clarify business requirements and prioritize improvements.Document integrations and support procedures. Role Requirements 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.Strong hands-on Python or Golang.Production automation and API integration ownership.AWS, GCP, or Azure and infrastructure-as-code.Git, code review, CI/CD, container orchestration, and automated deployment.Internal tools, dashboards, bots, or self-service development.Direct business-stakeholder collaboration and clear communication.Responsible generative AI use with human review. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE ITAM, procurement, HR, identity, or endpoint platforms.Carrier APIs and equipment lifecycle workflows.BI reporting, inventory management, or asset reconciliation.
