A global biopharmaceutical organization is hiring a hands-on Workday technical lead to design and deliver complex enterprise integrations. You will contribute architecture and development while partnering with functional and connected-system teams. The role emphasizes Studio development, connectors/APIs, thorough testing, controlled releases, and production reliability. Candidates with integration experience across Workday modules are welcome. RESPONSIBILITIES Design and build Workday integrations using Studio, connectors, and APIs.Translate functional requirements into technical designs.Coordinate delivery with functional and connected-system teams.Work through ServiceNow on technical delivery and support.Lead major technical projects while remaining hands-on.Test thoroughly and follow change-control procedures.Troubleshoot production issues and implement lasting fixes.Evaluate future automation and Workday capabilities. Role Requirements Deep hands-on Workday Studio and complex integration-development experience.Architecture/design capability alongside active development.Connector and API/web-services experience.Technical project leadership and enterprise delivery.Testing, controlled deployment, and production troubleshooting.Strong functional/technical collaboration and communication.ServiceNow involvement.Original JD experience baseline: 10+ years of HCM technical experience and 8+ years of Workday integrations/delivery. Other Workday-module integration backgrounds welcome;core HCM-only experience not required.Availability 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern and for headquarters visits as needed.W2 engagement without sponsorship.
