Job Description Solomon Page is partnering with our client, a global entertainment and media company, to hire a Customer Success Manager, SMB Advertising for a 6+ month contract based in Hollywood, CA. This onsite role requires five days per week in the office. The Customer Success Manager will support a self-service advertising platform, managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business clients while driving product adoption, retention, and account growth. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong client outcomes and operational excellence. • Location: Hollywood, CA | Onsite | 5 days/week • Duration: 6+ months w/ potential to convert to FTE • Pay Rate: $40/hour • Hours: 40 hours/week Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB advertising accounts. • Lead client onboarding and support adoption of a self-service advertising platform. • Identify revenue growth opportunities and support advertising sales efforts. • Provide campaign performance recommendations, optimization guidance, and best practices. • Maintain account activity and pipeline documentation within Salesforce. • Troubleshoot campaign delivery, trafficking, and account-related issues in partnership with internal teams. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support client success and operational execution. • Conduct proactive outreach through calls, emails, and meetings to drive engagement and retention. Required Qualifications: • 2-5 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or account management. • Media industry experience required. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Experience using Salesforce CRM and advertising technology platforms. • Strong client relationship management and communication skills. • Understanding of digital advertising campaign lifecycle, reporting, delivery, and trafficking. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
