Job description

About Circuit Circuit is the AI execution layer for the physical economy. Industrial and manufacturing enterprises run on expertise: the hard-won knowledge of how complex products are engineered, configured, sold, and supported. That expertise is scarce, slow to transfer, and walking out the door as a generation of experts retires. It lives in PDFs, spreadsheets, and the heads of a few people, and the hardest technical decisions wait on whoever happens to know. Circuit puts expert judgment in everyone's hands. We capture how the best people make critical technical decisions and turn it into agents that do the judgment-heavy work, so anyone, regardless of skill level, can make the right call, from quote to install and support, with the accuracy these environments demand. Circuit is built by operators. Our leadership team has built and scaled real industrial companies, and we are already live in production with category-leading manufacturers. We are not bolting AI onto an old playbook. We are building the layer that runs the last mile of how the physical economy executes. The Role As a BDR at Circuit, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion. You'll identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across the industrial and manufacturing sector, ensuring our pipeline is strong and our sales motion scales effectively. You'll work closely with our CPRO and Head of Sales to execute our outbound motion, refine messaging, build relationships, and set the stage for successful customer engagements. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone eager to learn, hungry to win, and ready to grow with a fast-moving startup. Key Responsibilities Prospect into target accounts in industrial and manufacturing verticals using email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach Qualify inbound leads and set meetings with prospective customers and partners Research accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and craft compelling narratives around Circuit's platform Manage pipeline activities and maintain accurate data in Attio and the GTM tech stack Represent Circuit at industry tradeshows and events, engaging prospects in person and sourcing new pipeline opportunities Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and outbound messaging Share market and customer feedback with GTM and product teams to sharpen our ICP and positioning Help build and refine scripts, cadences, and the SDR playbook as we scale Experience 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once Comfortable with outbound prospecting and resilient in the face of rejection Familiarity with CRMs like Attio Bonus: prior experience in SaaS, B2B sales, industrial/manufacturing, or a startup environment Human Skills Resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented — you thrive on hitting targets Curious and eager to learn new industries, tools, and processes A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude What We Offer High-caliber team of seasoned manufacturing and AI leaders. Help create a category-defining platform transforming how manufacturers sell, support, and innovate. Competitive base salary plus variable compensation tied to net revenue retention, meaningful equity, and employer-paid benefits. Flexible PTO and access to the latest AI tools. A values-driven culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and velocity. Who Should Apply If you’re a driven, ambitious go-getter who thrives on building relationships and wants to level up your sales career in a fast-paced startup, we’d love to hear from you! Equal-Opportunity Employer We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
