Job description

About Circuit Circuit is the AI execution layer for the physical economy. Industrial and manufacturing enterprises run on expertise: the hard-won knowledge of how complex products are engineered, configured, sold, and supported. That expertise is scarce, slow to transfer, and walking out the door as a generation of experts retires. It lives in PDFs, spreadsheets, and the heads of a few people, and the hardest technical decisions wait on whoever happens to know. Circuit puts expert judgment in everyone's hands. We capture how the best people make critical technical decisions and turn it into agents that do the judgment-heavy work, so anyone, regardless of skill level, can make the right call, from quote to install and support, with the accuracy these environments demand. Circuit is built by operators. Our leadership team has built and scaled real industrial companies, and we are already live in production with category-leading manufacturers. We are not bolting AI onto an old playbook. We are building the layer that runs the last mile of how the physical economy executes. The Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Circuit, you'll own the full sales cycle for strategic, complex accounts — from qualified opportunity through close. You'll manage a focused book of high-value enterprise targets, building deep relationships across large OEM organizations, multi-site manufacturers, and their extended partner networks. Working closely with our Senior Solutions Engineers and GTM team, you'll navigate long, multi-stakeholder buying processes and land transformational deals that define Circuit's enterprise presence. You'll help shape how we sell into the largest players in the physical economy — with the chance to take real ownership and play a pivotal role in building our commercial foundation. Key Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation and close, across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts Build and manage executive relationships across large OEM headquarters, regional operations, and dealer networks — engaging where customers are, whether at trade shows, on-site visits, or industry events Partner closely with Senior Solutions Engineers to lead technically rigorous discovery, solution design, and proof-of-concept engagements Drive consensus across diverse buying committees including operations, IT, finance, and C-suite stakeholders Lead consultative, value-based demos and executive presentations tailored to enterprise business outcomes Navigate procurement, security reviews, and legal processes typical of large enterprise deals Collaborate with the GTM Lead to refine enterprise messaging, pricing strategy, and objection handling — contributing to playbooks and repeatable processes as we scale Partner with the product team to provide feedback on enterprise customer needs and market trends Maintain accurate deal data, forecasts, and activity tracking in Attio and GTM Tech Stack Experience 6-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or manufacturing sales Proven track record closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills; able to translate technical value into board-level business impact Strong skills in using sales tech or GTM AI tools to drive deals and compound effectiveness Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot or Attio Bonus: Experience selling products into manufacturing or industrial industries Human Skills Consultative and relationship-driven, with the gravitas to engage C-suite and VP-level buyers Strategically patient — able to manage long cycles without losing momentum or urgency Excellent communicator — both written and verbal — with polished executive presence Curious, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments Collaborative teammate who takes ownership, leads with integrity, and brings out the best in cross-functional partners What We Offer High-caliber team of seasoned manufacturing and AI leaders Help create a category-defining platform transforming how manufacturers sell, support, and innovate Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and employer-paid benefits Flexible PTO and access to the latest AI tools A values-driven culture that rewards ownership, curiosity and velocity Who Should Apply If you're a driven, consultative salesperson who loves turning conversations into partnerships—and you want to help shape how a breakthrough AI company goes to market—we'd love to hear from you.
