• Ability to synthesize disparate data into practical recommendations and communicate clearly with senior leaders in written, verbal and visual formats.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and build trust with business leaders.
• Proven ability to deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis accurately while prioritizing competing demands as business needs change.
• Independent, curious and adaptable, with a continuous-improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.
• A shared appreciation for our three core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy.
