Job Description:
An Adobe App Builder Developer builds custom cloud-native web applications, microservices, and integrations to extend Adobe Experience Cloud products like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront.
Key Responsibilities
· Build Extensions: Create custom single-page applications (SPAs) and user interface extensions for Adobe platforms, including AEM and Workfront.
· Develop Microservices: Write serverless backend functions and orchestrate APIs using event-driven architectures.
· Integrate Systems: Connect third-party IT stacks, external databases, and custom business logic with Adobe infrastructure.
· Manage Lifecycles: Use CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy, and publish apps across development, stage, and production workspaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Expertise in working with Workfront, Fusion, AEM, and Frame API (with experience in at least two of these platforms).
· Experience handling creative assets, including image, audio, and video files.
· Core Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and modern web standards.
· Frontend: Experience with React and UI component libraries like React Spectrum. UX/UI frontend design skills a plus.
· Backend: Strong experience with Node.js and serverless computing environments.
· Adobe Ecosystem: Familiarity with Adobe Developer Console, Adobe I/O Runtime, and Adobe I/O Events.
· Tools: Comfort using the Adobe IO CLI (aio app), Git, and standard CI/CD workflows.
